Emprendimiento en las Escuelas Normales, Una experiencia basada en el Aprendizaje Orientado a Proyectos

Abstract

Resumen El artículo señala el fomento de la habilidad de emprendimiento en la educación normalista a través de utilizar el Aprendizaje Orientado a Proyectos (AOP), como una metodología activa, innovadora y potencializadora de doble alcance. En primer término, el estudiantado normalista de educación básica se preparará en emprendimiento, para afrontar los desafíos al egreso de un nivel educativo superior. En segundo término, como profesionista, formará futuras generaciones contribuyendo al desarrollo de una cultura emprendedora. Por lo que se llevó a cabo un proyecto de intervención a través de la impartición de un taller de emprendimiento, dentro del cual se realizó una investigación cuantitativa, bajo un diseño experimental, con un tipo de muestreo no probabilístico. Los resultados reflejaron evidencias estadísticas favorables al desarrollar la habilidad emprendedora basada en la metodología del AOP, así también cada estudiante normalista, dio cuenta del avance de su habilidad emprendedora, antes y después de la intervención. Abstract This article indicates the promotion of entrepreneurship skills at (school specialized in training students to be teachers) Escuelas Normales s through the use of Project Oriented Learning (AOP), as an active, innovative and potentiating dual scope methodology. In the first place, the students to be teachers, of basic education will prepare themselves in entrepreneurship, to face the challenges of graduating from a higher educational level. Second, as professionals, they will train future generations by contributing to the development of an entrepreneurial culture. Therefore, an intervention project was carried out through the delivery of an entrepreneurship workshop, within which a quantitative investigation was carried out, under an experimental design, with a type of non-probabilistic sampling. The results reflected favorable statistical evidence when developing the entrepreneurial ability based on the AOP methodology, as well as each student to be teacher, reported the advancement of their entrepreneurial ability, before and after the intervention.
