Análisis de la criminalidad femenil desde la multidisciplinariedad

Abstract

RESUMEN Las investigaciones multidisciplinarias ayudan a comprender desde varios enfoques qué sucede con nuestro objeto de estudio, que es la conducta delictiva femenil. Por ello, a partir de la Criminología, se hizo un estudio criminológico de manera multidisciplinaria, aplicándose el trabajo de campo en el Centro Preventivo y de Readaptación Femenil de Puente Grande, Jalisco (2008 al 2013), a las internas de entre 18 y 35 años recluidas por el delito de homicidio. Se desglosa la multicausalidad de su conducta para poder realizar una investigación inter y multidisciplinaria, a partir de los factores internos y externos que influyen en sus acciones, para llegar a la transdisciplinariedad. Esto, desde los aspectos sobre la génesis, la educación, los derechos humanos, la prevención del delito y las políticas criminales. ABSTRACT Multidisciplinary researchs help to understand, from different points of view, our object of study, the female crime. Therefore, starting from the Criminology, there was held a multidisciplinary criminological research, in which the empirical work was applied in Preventive and Readaptation Female Centre of Puente Grande, Jalisco (2008 through 2013), to the interns between 18 and 35 years old, secluded by homicide. The multicausality of their behaviour is analyzed, so it can be realized an inter and multidisciplinary study, starting off their internal and external factors influencing their actions, in order to get a transdisciplinary perspective.
